Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, order accuracy stats, lead time monitoring, and supplier performance metrics.
Assist in streamlining supply chain processes via approval requirements adherence and data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Support supplier risk management functions, such as contract review and assessment completion.
Maintain supplier information database details and monitor contract expirations.
Document workflows, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency and support future improvements.
Assist in supply chain-related projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimize excess stock, and prevent shortages.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a purchasing, supply chain, or operations support role
Strong proficiency in Ariba is required. Advanced Excel skills is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
