Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, order accuracy stats, lead time monitoring, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Assist in streamlining supply chain processes via approval requirements adherence and data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Support supplier risk management functions, such as contract review and assessment completion.
  • Maintain supplier information database details and monitor contract expirations.
  • Document workflows, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency and support future improvements.
  • Assist in supply chain-related projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimize excess stock, and prevent shortages.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing, supply chain, or operations support role
  • Strong proficiency in Ariba is required. Advanced Excel skills is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
