Responsibilities
Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls.
Build positive relationships towards service, ensuring that all queries, and confirmations are handled appropriately.
Identify opportunities for more sales and revenue of the companys available chit products at the branch level, and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate.
Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and as a team member, and achieve all objectives for productivity, and quality.
Create and maintain a record of daily problems and remedial actions, using the call-centre database.
Required skills and qualifications
Graduation or equivalent degree (B Sc, B Com, B. Tech, B.A, BBA, and BCA).
Minimum 0 6 Months Experience working in a call centre or customer support role.
Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
Professionality in product pitching and convincing.
Multi-lingual has added advantages (Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and English).
Experience in customer sales will be a key asset.
Organisational Standards at Margadarsi
6 Day working Environment and Sunday Fixed Off.
Work timings will be 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Providing PF and ESI and on-job training provided.,
